Pre-Order Journey Hardcover Art Book, Get A Signed Copy

The art of Journey is truly something special.

And you know, as I said before, a hardcover book celebrating the fantastic concepts and designs behind the downloadable masterpiece would make for a great coffee table book.

Now, you can pre-order the book through Bluecanvas; it'll cost you $60, and the first 750 people to place their order will get their copy signed by Journey director Jenova Chen and art director Matt Nava. Some of the pages in the book support augmented reality, too, so it's quite the diverse product. Personally, I think we should support such achievements in any way we can; there really isn't much to compare to TGC's gem, and art-lovers should really appreciate a hardcover book.

On a related note, I can't wait to see what Thatgamecompany has in the hopper. Whatever they're doing, I'm almost certain it'll be original and even better, quite thought-provoking.

Is anyone actually gonna play this game? I have seen quite a bit about it, but I don't get the hoopla. It does nothing for me. IMO, if they sell enough for the first 750 to get the book, they're doing pretty well. lol.

No way they are personally signing 750 of those. Probably a lame printout.
