Far Cry 3 Savages Trailer: The Jungle May Be Your Grave

It's kind of odd to see such a huge title launch in December. Typically, all the heavy hitters are out between October and November. That's normal.

But that doesn't give you license to overlook Ubisoft's Far Cry 3, which is almost guaranteed to be one of the best titles of 2012. And to remind you that even after a ton of great games are on store shelves, there's one more you need to get before Christmas, here's a new trailer.

Here you meet the Savages, Vaas and Buck, who are just a little...tweaked. They've obviously been living in the jungle too long, and are relatively convinced you won't get out alive. After all, nobody does. It's a dog-eat-dog world and in desperate situations, you could be the dog. The video also shows off some totally intense gameplay, so get ready for a roller-coaster ride through a picturesque hell.

Far Cry 3 will be ready on Decembe 4.
