Spend $100 On The PSN, And Sony Will Toss You $20

The big games are gonna be piling up this fall, so you'll want to save some cash.

And if you intend on spending a significant amount on the PlayStation Network, Sony has a deal for ya: Spend $100 or more on the PSN and get a $20 credit to your wallet. Just remember that the $20 is a one-time reward; you don't keep getting the bonus for every hundred bucks you spend.

As revealed at the PlayStation Blog, this deal is good for the month of October. It's also important to remember that as usual, PlayStation Plus subscribers get that extra 10% discount, and the new Day 1 Digital Program makes this an even better deal. With full $60 games going up, it's great to be able to save that $20, which you'll do if you purchase two full-priced titles.

And remember, there are lots of things on the PSN, so that $20 doesn't necessarily have to go towards a game...

Will this count if I have money in my PSN wallet that I haven't actually 'spent' yet?

Thanks Sony, what a great promotion. I will be taking advantage of this. I will be getting RE6 and Dishonored. They are getting very creative in their promotions recently. Can't wait to see what they do with Vita PS+ in November as well!

If you get the credit card, and you charge $100 to it on PSN, you can get a free $10 in PSN credit.
Then another $20! Awesome!
(And I belive if you get the credit card right now, you get free $50 in PSN and a year of ps+)

Great deal!

recap!
Get approved for a card and spend $100
get $180 in psn and a year of ps+

What do you think about The Last Of Us: Remastered?
Fantastic! Can't wait to get it!
Good, not sure if I'll buy immediately.
Eh, not bad, but I don't care.
It's just a stupid money grab.
