Puppeteer Halloween Trailer Shows Off Its Charming Creepiness

Happy Halloween!

One of the most promising new games in development is Puppeteer, a game that looks kinda like a bizarre blend of LittleBigPlanet and Tim Burton. And just to freak you out a little (or maybe a lot), here's a new Halloween video courtesy of the PlayStation Blog.

SCE Worldwide Studios art director Gavin Moore even mentions Burton in the post, as he describes Puppeteer as "dark and creepy but with a great sense of humor." As for the story, the protagonist escapes from Castle Gristlestein, the home of the Moon Bear King. He escapes so he can retrieve his head...which is unfortunately separate from his body. Obviously, this is the sort of wacky plot that would appeal to anyone with at least one quirky bone in their body...and we all got at least one.

Can't wait to try this one!
