Hitman: Absolution Trailer Emphasizes A Detailed, Engaging World

The upcoming Hitman: Absolution isn't just about sneaking up behind someone and taking him out.

There is also a believable, engaging world to enjoy and explore. In the latest video for the new Hitman installment, we check out a "living, breathing" environment that should add a great deal of essential ambiance to the experience.

This is a gritty, seemingly authentic world that demands your attention, and although it may not push the graphical envelope, that engine still looks awfully capable. Personally, whenever I'm spending a fair amount of time in an engrossing adventure (and stealth is a major point of the game), I'm that much more in tune with my surroundings. Therefore, to learn that Hitman: Absolution will feature such a well designed and highly detailed world is a big plus for me. The bald assassin rises once again later this month, and I'm definitely looking forward to it.

Looks Rockstar-like. Hope you don't get shot if you bump into people.

one of the biggest most impressive things about the game.
i remember the demo playable last month showed off one of the later levels in the game, you were in a cortyard with full shops and shoppers around you it was really amazing how alive the place felt, so many people!
and not people just standing there like stunned mullets, actually interacting with each other and interacting with the shops.
than we were told it was one of the smaller crowds in the game!
WTF!?
a sense of heavenly sword came upon the room, ill never forget how the last level in that game made me feel.
my god theres enough bodies here to fill a who concert!

i just hope the game gives you a little more indications though.
one thing i hate about allot of games these days is they give you allot of ways to play, but they dont tell you about them so most of the time you will never find them.
you go looking around for a way around, you find one and continue, but little do you know there were 10 other entries you could of chosen.
deus ex human revolution the perfect example.
i wish games would be like crysis 2 and say ok here are all the possibilities choose which one you want.
that way you know whats available, and are always experiencing the whole game.

Well I can't wait. Been wanting a new Hitman since the end scene of Blood Money.... and it's been a long freakin wait.

I just bought ACIII this weekend thou and my worry was that getting 2 stealth/assasins title so close tro each other...

But then again they are 2 completely different games with different feels and storie lines...

That just got confirmed after watchting this video. So I am amped up for this title even more now. Can't wait.
