Grand Theft Auto V Trailer #2: Let The Drooling Commence

Late last year, we got the debut trailer for Grand Theft Auto V. Now, finally, it's time for #2.

Rockstar has released the hotly anticipated two-minute preview of one of the biggest games of the generation, and in our estimation, it lives up to expectations. Check it out!

Not only does it look pretty damn great for an open-world sandbox title, the three main characters infuse the adventure with many more possibilities. There's gonna be a whole lot of action and drama, and even a few pieces of comedy; my favorite is- "Hey, let's bounce." "...bounce. We're bouncing now." Also, if you didn't already know, you can pre-order GTAV as it is has received a relatively vague Spring 2013 release date. We're sort of hoping that means early April rather than late May but whenever this game arrives, it'll be gigantic. Can't wait!

Lol, looks amazingly detailed. Not seeing any strong protagonists in there though. Also it has that difficult-to-explain drabness that PC games have.

And nobody says "Let's bounce" anymore. Is this set in the 90s?

Let's hope they also bring back side missions beyond darts and comedy clubs and and give players reasons to explore the open world.

Regardless, I will hold out buying this until I know it won't be as disappointing as GTA IV.

I have high hopes for this game, hope it out sells as expected. To bad Call of Duty is hogging up all the sales.

The trailer's fine, but it doesn't really do anything for my excitement level. I'm planning to buy it day one, but that's based on the quality of the series overall, not anything I've seen or read thus far.

Looks really good on the graphics a big step, trailer looks funny and intense, specially on the trains wrecking together! See what's to come in future trailers.

Oh yeah by the way picked up Assassins Creed 2 and I can't put the control down! Story is very good and building up the second town right now and looking for hidden pieces for that light armor, can't wait to get part 3! Why didn't I play this sooner!

Absolutely outstanding.

What shocked me more was the amazing song choice - Stevie Wonder - Skeletons. An obscure track from Stevie. Then again, R* have always striked me as being a foot in the avant garde at times, with their very well thought out stories loaded in intelligent, artistic and symbolic craft. Their fantastic, versatile soundtracks also back that up. Choosing Jamie Lidel's Compass for RDR blew my socks off.

I already have this game preordered, but this trailer seriously just made my anticipation meter explode. I really can't wait to get my hands on this one, GTA is back!

Without the detail of the Yakuza Series these western games couldn't have gotten better. Rockstar Games knows it.

the more and more i see of this, the less and less excited i am for it.
just looks like were returning to GTAIV again!
why are developers so hell bent on changing their games?
why?
why oh why cant a sequel be a sequel, and not a new IP!?
please R*, go back to the old wacky crazy action the series is, or should i say was, famous for!

Oh the epicness awaits....

Looks great. Awesome visuals for such a big openworld game indeed. Will just have to wait and see how it runs on the consoles, as that is surely the PC version there.

Either way it doesn't matter. As long as I can cause havoc and mayhem across the city I am all good.

As long as they replace all the stuff (and more) that they took out from GTA IV. And from what I can see they did.
