The Phantom Pain Revealed, Might Be Tied To Metal Gear Solid?
They said they'd reveal some never-before-seen projects at the 2012 Video Game Awards, and so they have.
During the show, which is taking place tonight, Moby Dick Studio showed off a new IP: The Phantom Pain. A brief trailer followed and it showed a man in a hospital with apparent amnesia. We also know that the Swedish studio's website presents us with the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 logos, so that's promising for console owners.
Little is known about this developer right now, but they're hyping their game by saying they seek to ""deliver an uncompromising, exciting, and touching game experience to people all around the globe." There's also an interesting rumor that says The Phantom Pain might somehow be connected with the legendary Metal Gear Solid franchise, as the dude in the trailer really does look a lot like Snake. And furthermore, as noted by GameSpot, Moby Dick CEO Joakim Mogren's first name is an acronym for Kojima. Hmm...
This could be very intriguing.

And it's not snake, it's Big Boss. Snake is a clone of Big Boss.
"The About Us page says Moby Dick's CEO is Joakim Mogren. Many eagle-eyed readers have pointed out that "Joakim" is an anagram for "Kojima," hinting that the Phantom Pain could in fact be a coded trailer for Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes. "Mogren" also contains the word "Ogre," suggesting a possible connection to Kojima's Project Ogre."

I don't like to quote but they put it better than I would have.

I think my only problem is that you're playing as a blind person from a third person perspective... It just doesn't really present the characters the situation very well. But of course this could just be the introduction sequence to the game.
