Assassin's Creed To Have Limited Edition

If there's one game that has dazzled gamers with preview trailers, it's Assassin's Creed. This particular creation seems primed to deliver one of the first true next-gen experiences, as we've seen breathtaking visuals and heard many awesome gameplay details. Therefore, with a game this big, it only makes sense to have a Collectors or Limited Edition of sorts.

Currently scheduled for the fall, Assassin's Creed will now get the benefit of a shiny Limited Edition for those who wish to pay the extra $10. This special version will include the following: a specialized tin packaging (remember the Collectors Edition for Final Fantasy XII?), a mini strategy guide, a collectable Altair figurine, a variety of extra media such as short films and other videos, and even an assortment of Penny Arcade comics.

Obviously, it'll help if the game turns out to be great, because a LE of a mediocre title is just silly. But we have complete faith in the potential of Assassin's Creed, so this special edition looks awfully appealing.
