Journey Climbs Back To The Top Of PSN Chart In December

That tends to happen when a title starts winning Game of the Year awards from multiple major sources.

Although Journey arrived on the PlayStation Network in March of 2012, it managed to climb back to the top spot as the best PSN seller in December.

As revealed over at the PlayStation Blog, thatgamecompany's masterful production was the #1 most-purchased PSN title last month. It had been all the way down in 18th in November, but it started to get widespread recognition when the end-of-year awards started to heap appropriate praise on the game in question. For our part, Journey won Best Music, Best Artistry/Art Direction, Best PSN Game and Best PS3 Game. For the record, though, overall Game of the Year went to Dishonored.
