God Of War: Ascension Trailer Shows A Relentless Kratos
God of War: Ascension is scheduled to arrive on March 12 and for all you Kratos fans out there (yeah, you), a purchase is a no-brainer, right?
And although this is the first entry in the award-winning franchise to boast online multiplayer, the focus will undoubtedly be on the epic single-player experience.
So here's a new trailer showing off a bit of the story, along with a few totally intense gameplay moments. The series is well known for throwing some of the most amazingly intimidating bosses in your path, and Ascension appears as if it'll continue that grand tradition. I've said in the past that this new GoW iteration doesn't seem to be getting as much hype or general attention, but you have to assume Sony Sony Monica will produce yet another masterful game.

It would be weird, graphically, to play them in order:
Ascension
Chains of Olympus
God of War
Ghost of Sparta
God of War II
God of War III
I find myself wondering if Kratos will continue onto PS4bis. Santa Monica must be a leetle bit tired after 4 of em.

Weren't the PSP games the games that showed us why he was so pissed? How much more do we need to see to say oooooh okay yeah he is allowed to be pissed and rip off the heads of gods.
This game seems like an excuse to test out multiplayer, which actually does look interesting but I don't know how they are going to make this single player interesting.
I mean Kratos is an awesome character but come on he doesn't really have depth to him, and what depth they added we have seen.
He is made because he was tricked into killing his wife and kids, we ALREADY KNOW THIS, what other reasons are there for him being so mad? Did someone steal his spartan toys when he was a child or tease him for going bald?
I dunno, I just don't think this game is necessary but I will wait until I see reviews from sources I trust.

NO WAY!!!!!!!
i think im going to faint!
so disappointed there being so f*cking stupid with this, the developers have made so many improvements to the campaign and so many people are going to miss out on it because they think the campaign will be crap.
a PERFECT example of why adding MP to a series can be a bad idea, for once it most certainly did not ruin the campaign but thats not stopping sheeple from complaining it has.
this is a billion times better than GOW3, shame its going to sell a billionth of what it sold!
