Fuse Pushed Back To Q2 2013
FuseWell, at least it hasn't slipped too far, right?
As part of EA's Q3 earnings report, we have learned that Insomniac's first multiplatform effort, Fuse, has been unfortunately delayed.
Initially scheduled to arrive in March, the title formerly known as "Overstrike" has been pushed into the second quarter of the year, so it's now slated to arrive between April and June. The team that brought you Ratchet & Clank and Resistance shifted gears for this project, which is a third-person shooter that focuses on four-player co-op entertainment. The game went through a controversial design change during the development process (some say it went grittier and more like modern shooters), but Insomniac swears that Fuse still "has a sense of humor and fun."
We certainly have high hopes for it, even if it was a little sad to see Insomniac leave Sony's stable of awesome exclusive studios.

The first trailer they showed was actually good and it looked fun. A shooter that doesn't take itself too seriously and the obvious colour palette that Insomniac wouldn't shy away from. But the latest media they released for the game made it look no different from most of the other shooters out there.
Anyway, I do hope that the game would be a success for Insomniac. I personally don't think that I'd be buying this, what with a lot of other games much higher on my priority list. But I still wish them luck anyway.

eh, hopefully this means insomniac can change this from a great game, to a fantastic game!
really excited for this, it looks very unique and different to what were use to!
EXACTLY what the industry needs!
a little injection of creativity!
wish the other studio, now that R&C QF is finished, i wish they would go back to doing a spiritual successor to 3!
BY FAR THE best R&C game, and in fact one of THE BEST games EVER made!!!!!!!
put a smile from here to Timbuktu on my face replaying that in the HD collection, especially going through the sewers again mining for those crystals!
we NEED a new R&C game with the style of up your arsenal, with the sewers of up your arsenal to help players save up for guns and upgrades.
but also with the raretanium upgrades found in ACIT, and also the clank puzzles found also in ACIT.
that would make THE best game EVER!!!!!!!!
