New Domains Hint At Fresh Wolfenstein, Legacy Of Kain Titles
Dude, Legacy of Kain! Oh, and Wolfenstein, too, I guess.
It seems that according to various sources (including Joystiq), CSC Corporate Domains has registered a couple new domain names.
That may not sound very interesting until you realize that CSC Corporate Domains is a URL registration service utilized by publishers like Square Enix who want to hide their new projects. The two domain names are "wolfenstein-spiel.com" and "WarFornosGoth.com;" the first is self-explanatory but the latter might be referring to the fictional universe Nosgoth, found in the Legacy of Kain series. Now there's a franchise we haven't heard from in a while; the last entry was Legacy of Kain: Defiance, which launched back in 2003 for the PS2, Xbox and PC.
Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain was the first; it debuted on the PlayStation in 1996, but most fans say Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver was the best of the lot. I think it's long past time we got another Legacy of Kain and if it's Soul Reaver 3 (the second hit the PS2 and PC in 2001), then I say awesome. It'd be nice to have a super fun Wolfenstein entry as well. It's too bad, but the last one wasn't so hot.

Now back on topic :P This series is honestly one of my favourites. The story and characters are awesome, and the setting was really gothic and interesting. I was sad when it looked like they were going to abandon it, mostly because the last game Defiance ended with sort of a cliff hanger.
I would be so stoked if they released a sequel to that. But what I imagine is going to happen is some sort of reboot like Tomb raider, but hopefuly I'm wrong :)
