What Do You Want In The Saints Row IV Collector's Edition?

Want to have a say in what goes into the Saints Row IV Collectors Edition? Well, Deep Silver is giving you that chance.

The publisher will be producing a special edition for the upcoming open-world sequel, but they want to make sure it's "worth buying." And what better way to do that than to toss up a public survey?

Options include a t-shirt ("Department of Homeland Saintcurity"), a voice augmentation or audio tune device, a presidential briefcase with "kinky handcuff and key," a Saint's bazooka-themed Poster Tube, a cloth world map, a steelbook case, and an "Eagle Jet" RC Helicopter. Rate each item on a scale of 1 (HELL NO!) to 5 (AWWWW YEAH!) and then see if your favorite picks become featured in the Collector's Edition. The survey also asks if you've got a console preference, and how many special editions you purchased in 2012. You're pretty selective about buying those, right?

Deep Silver likes doing this. They did something similar for the upcoming Dead Island Riptide and fans seemed to like it a lot. The publisher nabbed the rights to the popular Saints Row franchise when the now-defunct THQ had to sell off their assets. Deep Silver got the IP for $22.3 million, which could turn out to be a very good deal...
