Pre-Order Ghosts, Take A Free Fall

If you haven't pre-ordered Call of Duty: Ghosts just yet, this might finally convince you.

One of the game's pre-order incentives has been revealed; it's a new multiplayer map called "Free Fall," which is designed to "reflect the dynamic events that characterize and alter the environments" in the upcoming new franchise entry.

The shootout will occur in the halls of a crumbling skyscraper that is on the brink of destruction. This dynamic map represents "just one of the many new approaches" the developers are taking with the multiplayer action in Ghosts. They also intend to announce much more information in the coming weeks, which will undoubtedly make the CoD fanatics happy. You should also check with your local retailers to see what they're giving away for pre-ordering this year's Call of Duty effort.

Call of Duty: Ghosts is slated to drop on November 5 for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. It'll also be available for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, presumably for each system's launch.

It should come with a ghost hunting kit.

No. Unless it involves the dog that they took pictures from a real navy seal team dog, someone we care about, I'm not interested.

WTF, thumbs down for both of us. Thumbdowner probably hates thrill rides.

Nuke Town was a pre-order map as well and they ended up giving it to everyone within a few months. I bet the same will happen here. But not even sure I'm getting this yet anyway.

I might get this, but when I get my PS4, and most likely during a sale or 2nd hand.

I don't see the point of owning more than 1 CoD per console. CoD 4: MW on PC, CoD Black Ops on 360 and CoD MW3 on PS3. Will get Black Ops 2 on Wii U next year (if I do get a Wii U) and will leave Ghosts for next gen.

I like to have a CoD handy for when friends or younger members of family come around and want to play a round or 2 of splitscreen deathmatch or CTF or similar. CoD is handy to have for rainy day gatherings, even though I do prefer LBP or Rock Band myself.

Pre ordered for the PS3 and PS4 - booyah.

Yes pre order maps eventually become available for all - but usually only 6 months in.
