Save Some Bucks With Best Buy's Back To School Game Sale

Maybe grabbing a bunch of new video games just before going back to school is a bad idea.

Then again, it's only July 22 and in many parts of the country, kids don't go back to school until the end of August. And if you're in college, you probably don't start the Fall semester until the first week of September. So, you've got plenty of time.

And that means you should take advantage of some of the back to school deals at Best Buy. You've only got one week, though (sale ends on July 27) so you had best act now! There are a couple discounted 250GB Xbox 360 bundles for only $250, and you can pick up a few fantastic titles for less. There's Metro: Last Light and Bioshock Infinite for only $40, Tomb Raider and the Battlefield 3: Premium Edition for $30, and Assassin's Creed III for a mere $20.

See what you can find, and grab yourself a great deal or two.

Considering that it's a "back to school" sale and you don't traditionally buy games for school, I wouldn't expect some crazy store-wide sale. I think it's a good gesture from a company that is struggling in a bad economy.

You can always count on Ubisoft properties and especially the AC games to drop like a hooker that got punched in the gut by a fat guy with sores on his face.

I was hoping it was a little deeper in selection. But a sale is a sale and I shouldnt complain. Im looking to pick up Defiance on the cheap.

I suspect you'll be able to get it for a song if you can wait until black friday.

I grabbed the Metro Last Light game today.

I was lucky enough to get the Limited Edition one with free DLC for $40. The other ones on the shelf were not Limited Edition. So is that like getting another $10 bonus?

With BF3... The expansions really do make it a different game. The new game modes and the new maps are epic!!!
