Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection Gets Online Play
Tekken 5: Dark ResurrectionOnline play for fighting games may not ever be as popular as online play for FPSs, but that doesn't mean it's worthless. Heck, it's just the opposite; battling fighters from all over the globe is a sweet idea! And according to the latest Famitsu issue, they've revealed online additions for Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection that ought make fans plenty happy.
The new version will cost you 2800 yen (1000 yen if you've already downloaded the old version), and you'll finally be able to play online for free! In addition, we'll get the now-requisite online leaderboard to track player rankings, plus a practice and survival mode. The magazine didn't provide an official release date for either Japan or the U.S., but we do hope to see this latest version of Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection soon.
