Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX Trailer: A Charming Reminder

Kingdom Hearts in true-blue high-definition. Does it get any more charming and attractive?

A new trailer has arrived for the upcoming Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX, and it reminds us of two things: 1. Just how much fun these games have always been, and 2. Just how pumped we are for Kingdom Hearts III!

The video highlights the return of your favorite characters, along with some of the new stuff you'll enjoy. There are new commands with which to experiment, new enemies to face down, new items and equipment to sample, and all new skills. If you weren't already aware, ReMIX features HD upgrades of the original classic title and Kingdom Hearts Re: Chain of Memories, as well as new enhanced cut-scenes from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. All weird names, but all worth playing. Lots of content here!

This compilation is set to arrive on September 10, so we hope you've got that day marked on your calendar.

Thanks, Zak!

I still have the originals for PS2. For sure going to buy this.
I'm hoping to see 2.5 be out sometime within the first or second QT of 2014, then release KHIII in 2015.

D1P for me.

I adored these games. Didn't get too giddy about Birth by Sleep though.

I'm just glad we get an official Final Mix release... Hopefully that means we'll get Final Mix+ with the next Remix. I remember being so pissed that The original two KH Final Mixes were never released in the states, AND KH2:FM+ came with a PS2 version of RE:Chain of Memories. They remedied my frustration a bit when they brought RE:CoM stateside some year or two later... but they still never gave us KH2:FM+. I suppose that's what I'm really curious to see.

On the bright side, while I wait for that/if I have the money... I'll have this and FFX HD to keep me company until then.
