Ghosts Devastation DLC: Yep, Predator Will Be Involved

Well, it wasn't that big of a secret, anyway.

Given the hints, it seemed obvious that another legendary film villain would be headed to Call of Duty: Ghosts.

And now it's official: The new DLC for Call of Duty: Ghosts, Devastation, will indeed feature the powerful Predator creature.

A new trailer shows the enemy in the game, even though it doesn't tell us how the Predator will make his presence known. It's likely that it'll be similar to how Michael Myers showed up in January's Onslaught DLC: Basically, players transform into the new horrifying opponent when fighting on the Fog map. So, wouldn't it stand to reason we'll get to play as the Predator, too? Sweet.

Devastation will be available this week on the Xbox One and Xbox 360; as usual, other platforms will have to wait a month. The new content pack features four new maps, including the re-imagining of the popular Dome arena from Modern Warfare 3. Players will also get the two-in-one Ripper weapon and the second episode in the Extinction campaign. If you own the Season Pass, Devastation will be free; if not, it'll cost you $15.

As much as you don't like cod, you gotta be pretty blind not to see how popular it still is. It may not have sold as much as the previous entries, but it still sold a LOT of copies.

So no, they're not adding this to make people buy their game, they're making this for the fans. For once the cod DLCs are worth getting because of these fun additions.

Black Ops 1 sold very well and they still had the Presidents DLC for Zombies.

You're clearly misguided and ignorant on this subject matter.

I hope so; it looks promising.
