DIRT For PS3 to Ship in September

  Codemasters has announced that the all new Colin McRae game "DIRT" is ready for the PlayStation 3 and will be launching in September. Developed in conjunction with Sony, DIRT utilizes the NEON game-engine engineered for the PlayStation 3, making it the lead console of development for the rally racer. DIRT has already been released on the Xbox 360, but Codemasters held off the PS3 version to tune it up some more.

   DIRT prides itself on its superb physics calculations, and realism behind it all. Crashes aren't pre-generated, and depending on speed, structure hit, angle, and other variables - your crashes will always result in different appearances. Everything on your vehicle is destructible (including the whole car itself), and everything in your environment can be deformed. Look for DIRT to ship on September 11th.
