GT5 Prologue Priced For Europe, New Feature Revealed

European website PS3Only unveiled a big list of upcoming PSN games for the Euro PlayStation Store, but the news hasn't ended there. Easily the biggest title on that list, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, now has an estimated price tag.

According to the translation, Sony Computer Entertainment BeNeLux announced the expected price of the Blu-Ray version of the download: it will cost you about 45 Euros and, as we already knew, is scheduled to arrive in December. And while the details have been pretty consistent up to this point - 40 cars, 5 tracks, full 1080p HD graphics, fluid 60 frames per second, online world tour for up to 16 racers, etc. - one new feature just came to light today. It's called GT TV, and users will be able to actually download television shows about cars. These shows will be localized, so UK gamers could see "Top Gear," for example.

This should ramp up the excitement level by several notches, and U.S. gamers are desperately hoping to see this hugely anticipated demo as well. As of now, Gran Turismo 5 Prologue has only been confirmed for Japan and Europe...let's pray the U.S. announcement comes at TGS. We really don't want to miss out on this one.
