Get Ratchet And Clank Future Demo Today

Easily one of the biggest games of October will be Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction, and it seems Sony is doing everything they can to remind us of that fact. We had heard of a playable demo a few months ago, and then, it was confirmed that we'd see this demo on the PlayStation Store on October 4. But if you don't want to wait, there's suddenly - out of the blue - another option.

If you wander into GameStop this weekend, you'll find you can pick up a demo of the highly anticipated game. It appears to be the same demo that will arrive on the store next month; you play through the first level of the final product. What does it cost? Well, nothing, but you do have to pre-order the game with at least $5 down, and they'll give you the demo. Heck, they should be doing this more often! We pre-order a game, you give us a sneak peak at it well before it releases! Yes indeed, sounds like a plan.

Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction is scheduled to arrive on October 23, and if you want an idea of what to expect and don't want to wait three more weeks, pre-order it today. If you don't like what you see in the demo (unlikely), you can always cancel that pre-order, and they won't force you to give back your bonus gift. Win-win!

Fantastic! Can't wait to get it!
Good, not sure if I'll buy immediately.
Eh, not bad, but I don't care.
It's just a stupid money grab.
