THQ Clarifies Conan Release Dates

There has been some confusion surrounding the release date of THQ's upcoming action title, Conan, but we have the necessary clarification.

A few weeks ago, the title was moved up in its release schedule, and that's when the misinformation began to circulate. Before long, it appeared the PS3 version of the game was delayed "two weeks" in both the U.S. and Europe, which would mean it hits store shelves on October 12. However, after hearing from both U.S. and UK THQ representatives, we've learned this information was inaccurate, and the following release dates have been confirmed for the PS3 version of Conan the Barbarian:

UK, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, our Nordic countries (e.g. Denmark, Sweden) and Export regions - September 29

Spain - October 11

Italy - October 12

US - October 23

So October 23 is the actual release date for the PS3 version in the U.S., which means we'll still be able to check out the intense medieval action before Halloween. Thanks to THQ for clearing this up.
