Orson Scott Card Pens New Game - Empire
Empire, which will arrive in book form (Card's native medium) before the game, deals with subject matter that hits pretty close to home. Set only a few years in the future, America's political tensions have reached the breaking point and a second civil war between the Left and Right has broken out. The story is timely, considering mid-term elections are coming up this November.Actual details concerning the game are few. It will be a shooter and run on the new Unreal Engine, but there is no word as to what platforms it might arrive on (Advent Rising was on the Xbox).
