2K Sports Reveals Top Spin 3 Roster
Top Spin 3Both of the first two installments in the Top Spin franchise were great, as they represented big steps in terms of realism. Of course, they've still got a long ways to go before they reach "true simulator" status, but hopefully, that plateau will be reached with the third entry.
Today, 2K Sports has revealed the lineup of tennis stars that will appear in Top Spin 3, and fans of the sport will recognize every name. On top of the current modern athletes, 2K will also include three Classic (All-Time) greats as well. The latter will be available for certain platforms, but not all; we have no further details at this time, but the PS3 version better not be left out in the cold!
"With Top Spin 3, we wanted to give gamers the choice to play with their favorite tennis players, as well as classic legends, an option that no other tennis game is offering," said Chris Snyder, Director of Marketing for 2K Sports.
