Midway And Epic Release UT3 Map Pack
Unreal Tournament 3Today, Midway and Epic Games have revealed brand new downloadable content for Unreal Tournament 3, which is great news for fans of the award-winning FPS.
Three new arenas are included in this content, which is available now: Morbias, Facing Worlds and Searchlight. All you have to do log on to the PlayStation Network and download these great new battlegrounds, and here's the best part- the arenas are free. The game may have shipped with 40 maps last year, but since then, hundreds of user-created mods have been published and made available to gamers. Epic always said the biggest appeal of the PS3 was its Network capabilities, and the opportunity to deliver the most comprehensive "modding" package possible. UT3 players are learning about this firsthand, and they're delivering a ton of new user-generated content on a consistent basis.
As for these arenas- Morbias "is the deathmatch arena that started it all, perfectly suited for anything from small intense duels to chaotic free-for-all matches." Facing Worlds is another UT classic; it was a popular haven for all sniper lovers, remember? Searchlight is a new map designed specifically for Capture the Flag, and boasts "z-axis rooftop runs and strategic indoor gameplay." All three are welcome additions to the UT3 universe, that's for damn sure. Go get 'em!

have you actually got them? the PSN store isnt up yet, unless youre getting them from somewhere else?
what are you downloading to your mem card and from where?

anyway, the map pack here isnt out til the USA psn store gets updated (MASSIVE UPDATE btw), not sure when the EU will get it.
and yeah, since last weeks patch, all files (jam) goes at the ROOT of your mem stick.. no faffing about with folders etc..
