PSX Extreme Offers $1,000 For GTAIV Review
A few days ago, the Internet exploded when the very first Grand Theft Auto IV review began to circulate. However, the validity of this review was immediately brought into question, and it wasn't long before the article disappeared entirely. The author says Rockstar had nothing to do with it, but we're fairly certain he was breaking the embargo on the game. These days, just about everyone wants an early piece of GTAIV, which is why we're offering the mother of all offers to a lucky insider out there who truly does have the game...
If you currently have Grand Theft Auto IV in your possession and you have played it, we will give you $1,000 for your review. This isn't a joke or a prank; that money is very real IF your review is real. Bear in mind that we're not asking for the aforementioned review that was pulled; we're asking for your own original review. In order to avoid an onslaught of posers claiming to have played the game - anybody can write up a fake review - we require two pieces of proof for you to win this prize- first, we expect detailed plot points from late in the game; this information should be separate from your review. We'll read it when playing the game to insure your details are accurate. And remember, we've seen brief previews written online of the first five missions, so that info won't surprise or impress us.
Secondly, and perhaps most importantly, we need a screen capture - via some sort of digital camera - of GTAIV running on your TV. Maybe even more than one, if you can manage it. Just be certain that whatever you take a picture of, it clearly proves that the game on the screen is GTAIV, and make sure to label the shot. We need to know what the picture is of, obviously, and it would help if you told us how far along in the game it is. In other words, time played (23h, 47mins) should accompany the screen label. If you send us your review of the game along with both these pieces of evidence - and you're the first to do so - you will walk away with a cool grand. However, bear in mind that the money will not be paid until after the game is released, so we have time to play the final retail copy and confirm your submission.
The review will be posted anonymously and will not be PSX Extreme's official review. Ours will be coming in due time, after the embargo is lifted and after we've played the game thoroughly. The author's name will never be released by us; you will remain anonymous to both Rockstar and anybody on the Internet. And so, we present you with the $1,000 GTAIV Early Review Challenge...well, we just made that up, but you get the idea. If you're one of those privileged individuals who already have GTAIV in your library and you want to make some money, it's time to get writing. And don't forget those two requirements! We won't read any submission that doesn't include both. Lastly, while we prefer a review of the PS3 version, we'll take a review of the Xbox 360 version, if that's the only option. Good luck, and don't miss the deadline below.
Submission Deadline: April 22

They will have new things.
But the reason they kept the map from GTA 3 to 4 is mainly because people like4d it the most. They didn't want to make a map that they didn't know was good. This way they know everyone will like the map. Since people liked GTA 3 the most.

Even someone who obtained an advanced and unfinished version of the game and so not given any official warning about an embargo would be hesitant to submit a real review.
I'd guess you'll only get fakes.
