OXM: Star Ocean 4 Exclusive To PS3

We know that Square-Enix is preparing to bring The Last Remnant to both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, but we also know that Final Fantasy XIII is exclusive to Sony's platform. Therefore, when something new like Star Ocean 4 - developed by Tri-Ace and published by Square-Enix - begins to circulate, we wonder about the targeted platforms.

Well, according to an interview with Infinite Undiscovery director Hiroshi Ogawa in the latest issue of the Official Xbox Magazine, SO4 is supposedly a PS3 exclusive. This hint comes from the writer of the article, not Ogawa, as you will see below-

"Us: Infinite Undiscovery aside - what tri-Ace game is your favorite? What RPGs, outside of tri-Ace's, did you really like?

Ogawa: Star Ocean 4 [tri-Ace's upcoming PS3 RPG] is my number one recommendation (laughs)."

So, this basically says that Star Ocean 4 will only be coming to the PS3, as Infinite Undiscovery is only coming to the Xbox 360. Of course, we have no idea if this is true or not (we have to wait for word from the publisher), but if it is, it's a very promising exclusive PS3 RPG.
