Siren: Blood Curse Set To Terrify UK
We learned some time ago that the survival/horror Siren franchise would be reappearing in episodic form on the PlayStation Network in July.
However, up until yesterday, it was only confirmed for Japan. The good news for European gamers is that at Sony's PlayStation Day event, it was announced that this remake of the original Siren would also release in European regions. The game centers on American television reporters rather than the original game's Japanese cast, which means this whole production is entirely in English; a departure from the PS1 title. The name has been changed for the UK as well: instead of New Translation, it will be called Blood Curse. We don't yet have a release date for the game, but we'd like to assume it's not far behind Japan's July date.
It will be available on the Network in the UK at some point, and we really hope it will also make its way to North America, too. We're also lookiing for the announcement of a retail disc version of the game for both Europe and the US, if it is indeed revealed for this country. Stay tuned.
