Capcom Reveals E3 2008 Lineup
It may be a much smaller show than the veterans are used to, but that doesn't mean most of the major publishers won't be in attendance. Capcom definitely qualifies as a significant publisher, and they've released their list of games they plan to show off at this year's E3 next month.
Obviously, there are certain names one would hope to see on this list, and that includes Resident Evil 5 and Street Fighter IV. Well, they're both here, along with both Bionic Commando Rearmed and the new next-gen Bionic Commando. For the record, we'll also be quite interested in Dark Void, because based on what we've seen so far, it looks to be both original and innovative. Here's the full list:
- Bionic Commando (PS3, X360, PC)
- Bionic Commando Rearmed (PS3, X360, PC)
- Capcom Project #1 [untitled] (other)
- Capcom Project #2 [untitled] (other)
- Dark Void (PS3, X360, PC)
- MotoGP 08 (other)
- Neopets Puzzle Adventure (PC, Wii)
- Plunder (PS3, X360, PC)
- Resident Evil 5 (PS3, X360)
- Spyborgs (Wii)
- Street Fighter IV (PS3, X360, PC)
- Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix (PS3, X360)
You can begin the guessing game on those two currently unannounced titles, but there's a myriad of possibilities. We're thinking it's far too early for one of them to be Devil May Cry 5, but we can always hope for DMC5 to pop up at E3 2009. But with RE5, BC, and SFIV, that's more than enough for this year, in our opinion.
