MGS4 Database Misses Europe
See Full ImageThe Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots Database is a very nifty addition to both the PlayStation Store and MGS universe. Hardcore fans everywhere now have the chance to learn even more about their favorite series...well, maybe not fans "everywhere."
By now, if you live in Europe, you've probably realized that there is no such database on the PlayStation Network for you to download. Sadly, this is because it only arrived for the Japanese and US Stores, and it probably has a lot to do with the multiple language barrier in Europe. Now, this doesn't necessarily mean it's never coming, but as we've heard nothing from Konami or Sony on the matter, we wouldn't hold our collective breaths if we were you. Instead, it makes far more sense to create a US or Japanese account on your machine, and get to downloading that way. It's free, so it's just a matter of taking the time. Besides, if you're a true MGS fan, you can't really go without this MGS4 Database, now can you?
We'll let you know if and when it comes to the European Store, but in the meantime, you're gonna have to get creative. Just wanted to let you know that it's not hidden secretly away...it's really not there, Euro gamers. Sorry.

just like to note that i know its down to language, but i saw several language settings in the JP and USA versions :-(

Why not release an English version to the EU? I doubt they'll annoy that many people with that. Well, not as many as they annoy by leaving us out.
