EA's Slate Of E3 Titles Revealed

We've received numerous publisher invites for upcoming E3 revealings, and the latest is Electronic Arts. As expected, their sports titles lead the pack, but we should also be treated to previews of Mirror's Edge, Dead Space, Mercenaries 2: World in Flames and Crysis. Most PS3 owners aren't too happy with the world's biggest publisher right now, but EA is working to reclaim lost trust. For example, the upcoming 20th anniversary celebration for their Madden franchise features only the PS3 and PSP versions of Madden NFL 09.

Anyway, here's the full list of EA productions on tap for this year's E3:

  • NCAA Football 2009
  • Madden NFL 2009
  • Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2009
  • NBA Live 2009
  • Lord of the Rings: Conquest
  • SimCity Creator
  • Crysis
  • Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince
  • Skate it
  • Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3
  • Littlest Pet Shop
  • Family Game Night
  • Facebreaker
  • My Sims
  • My Sims Kingdom
  • Spore
  • Mercenaries 2: World in Flames
  • Mirrors Edge
  • Dead Space
  • Warhammer Online
  • Various Mobile & iPhone titles

Are they going to tell us Crysis is coming to the PS3? Well, probably not, but perhaps we might be surprised by a few big announcements from a few other titles on the list.

It will be a long while yet before EA get my trust back or any of my cash for that matter. Constantly trying to buyout smaller companies and selling them off as your own...sounds like microsoft with exclusives...
what EA should do now after this is bring a good game of theirs out as a timed exclusive for ps3 first..that probably wont happen but still at least they are trying.

jesus christ, is this all of PS3's E3 stuff for this year? or is it just the tip of the iceburg. i dont care for much of these games listed, as to the fact, im an FPS and TPS shooter person. E3 should be much better this year, or thats what im hoping for anyway, so bring on Killzone 2, home, and more! thats what ive been waiting for

Solidgearz... here here... looking forward to news on Killzone2 and the other AAA titles. EA doesn't really excite me, however Bad Company seems like a decent game from their stable. The developers, "Digital Illusions", used to develop Amiga games if I am not mistaken. Anyone remember Pinball Dreams :)

I'll take Mercenaries 2, Lord of the Rings Conquest and a rental of Dead Space. I'll also hold off on the madden since they only change significantly every 3 years.

oh and CRYSIS!

How will they pull it off convincingly though. I wouldn't want PS3 Crysis to be a "poor mans" port!

They fail to interest me with any of these titles. Well maybe Spore, it is an interesting project.

I think they are working on Skate it for Wii and DS at the moment, and so Skate 2 will be later.

it was just recently confirmed on the Madden Forums that franchise mode received little to no changes except for them fixing the stats to make them more accurate for each season

im looking forward to Spore (for the PC though), as well as the LOTR game (huge fan), and maybe Madden....still undecided, but EA still has a long ways to go before they are as lovable as they once were

Why are they still showing off Crysis, unless it's coming for the PS3? It's old news. How awesome would it be if it got announced for the PS3?

Mercs 2 looks decent, and Dead Space looked awesome on GameTrailersTV. Might give GoW2 a run for it's money.

Dead Space is coming out for 360 to...

And just because the developers said its going to be the "scariest game of all time" you know it's going to be a flop. Looking at the trailers I saw terrible graphics and corny zombie monster things.
