No Current Solution For MGO Problems
If you've experienced major issues with Metal Gear Online recently, you're not the only one. And worse, it seems a solution to the problem is nowhere in sight.
According to CVG, Konami has certainly acknowledged the string of issues that have plagued MGO ever since the new expansion went live on July 17, but they also say they don't know what to do about it. Reported problems have ranged from log-in failures to the on-and-off status of the community support page and MGO reward shop, and most users are pretty unhappy about the current situation. Even worse, it seems that some payments made through the site haven't gone through properly, and Konami has had to refund lost money to some accounts. And here's the official response to all this:
"We have been taking numerous corrective measures since the problems initially started, but unfortunately there are no permanent solutions we can announce at this present moment."
Well, at least that "at this present moment" will give avid MGO players some hope. We do expect Konami to fix this mess at some point, and we'll keep you updated on their progress. In the meantime, you may have to play something else until the widespread server issues have been fully repaired.

It's mainly the store and reward store that's the problem.
Konami really needs to get better at handling heavy server demand. I can't believe they didn't learn from the beta problems. Wasn't that the point of the beta?
