Full World Tour Track List Revealed?
It has quickly become one of the most popular franchises in video game history, and Activision isn't about to stop any time soon. That's good news for fans of the series, who are anxiously anticipating the next installment, Guitar Hero: World Tour.
Perhaps best of all, the full track list may have been revealed well ahead of schedule. The list of 87 songs is making the rounds throughout gaming forums, and it includes 73 main tracks along with 14 bonus tracks. If it's true, there are plenty of classics to look forward to, and there ought to be something for everyone: we see the likes of Smashing Pumpkins, Toto, Tool, Linkin Park, The Rolling Stones, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Thin Lizzie, Slipknot, Pink Floyd, Ted Nugent, Dragonforce, Zakk Wylde, and Van Halen. There are also 7 sample songs included in the traveling track list, which we assume are examples of the song creation mode for the game. You can see the entire list here.
Obviously, without Neversoft to confirm these songs, this can be considered nothing more than rumor. But if there's no foundation in truth, it means that someone went to a whole lot of effort to make up this entire list. We have the feeling this didn't happen, and it's only a matter of time before every last one of these 87 songs are confirmed. ...then again, what do we know?

Don't particularly like the music, but Phil Lynott (bassist?) is like my... 2nd cousin.
Or was, seen as he's dead. But still. Claim to fame number one ;)
Theres more, but lets not go there...
