GC 2008: Trophy Support Ramping Up
Alpha ProtocolWhen Trophies first arrived with firmware update 2.40 (or with update 2.41, if you weren't lucky enough to nab the troublesome 2.40 before Sony yanked it down for repairs), there weren't many PlayStation 3 titles that supported the new feature. But the patches quickly began to come, and at Leipzig, more future games have been confirmed to support Trophies.
According to the new site, PS3Trophies.org, more newly revealed games will have Trophy support. Some of them are big-name titles like Alpha Protocol, Mirror's Edge, and Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe. You can see the list there via the link, and it's good news for all PS3 owners. It appears we're still not sure when it comes to games like Need for Speed Undercover and Sonic Unleashed, but other than that, things are shaping up quite nicely for the future. Sure, it's a bummer that most all Trophies for current titles aren't retroactive, but that drawback will soon be forgotten with time. It won't be long before most all high-profile PS3 games will have Trophy support, so all you hardcore gamers out there will always have something to strive for.
So if you're wondering whether or not your most anticipated PS3 games will use Trophies, you can probably expect that they will, especially if it's a first-party title. We know many weren't too happy with the lack of Trophy support when the feature finally came, but don't worry; everything is coming around rather quickly.

That replayability referred before, I'm not with it. For instance I've finished COD4 in the PS3 and the 360, the latter with achiviements, and that fact didn't got me going back to the single player campaign. I 've already finished Uncharted a couple of times, and I don't think that I will be playing it again to get those trophies.
But a lot of peolple like these "prices" system, good for them that the games are coming with this feature.

Trophies.. The ultimate Gamestop killer!!
When these game fans figures out they can get trophies, they will keep the games they have. Working like angry little beavers, night and day, just to get a digitalized graphics next to their profiles. They will never sell their games! Mhahahaha.. And once they cant rape the public on used games, and turn a massive profit.. They will dry up and DIE!!
It's all too perfect, Mhahahaha!
