LittleBigPlanet PlayStation 3 Bundle Spotted For Europe

It's rare that we get to produce positive unique news for the Europe. However, so far in 2008, we've seen Sony treat the PAL regions with a little more respect, much to the satisfaction of the millions of gamers who inhabit those territories. And here's another boost.

We could describe it word for word, but it's easier if you just see it for yourself; it's right there, see? Kind of hard to miss when we put the picture right here in the article, but if you want the evidence, check it out here: the LittleBigPlanet PlayStation 3 bundle! It features the a copy of the cooperative-based platformer, the new 80GB PS3 model, and the Dual Shock 3. It'll cost you 399.99 Euros, and while they're not taking pre-orders just yet, the bundle is scheduled to ship on November 5. SCEA is getting a bundle for the holiday season that includes the massive 160GB PS3 and a copy of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, but there's no word on whether or not this LBP PS3 bundle will find its way Stateside. Sony should probably consider it, but perhaps they'd rather make this offer exclusive to PAL territories...you know, to make up for all the short-changing in previous years. Fair's fair, right?

We'll keep an eye on this, because we know Sony and Media Molecule are embarking on a big-time marketing blitz for LittleBigPlanet, so there's no telling what special goodies will arrive in North America and Japan. Stay tuned for more!
