PSM3 Rumors: Bioshock PS3, New Medal Of Honor, Sly Raccoon PSP
Everybody loves a good rumor, and leave it up to the latest gaming mag to get 'em started. Of course, we've heard one or two of these before, but that just adds more fuel to the fire, right?
The newest speculation to zip across the Internet starts with PSM3's recent "The Insider" article, and the first order of business involves Bioshock PS3's new "Plasmid Challenges." Apparently, these will be very similar to the twisted logic puzzles found in Portal, so you should probably expect a few brain-busters. Next up is something we heard before, which is that the new Medal of Honor will take place in modern day Afghanistan, and may or may not involve Operation Iraqi Freedom as a mission foundation. Thirdly, they suggest the reason for the 6-month delay of PlayTV is that Sony attempted to implement Freesat (an alternative to Freeview), but it just didn't work. Lastly, we hear there's a new Sly Raccoon installment on the way for the PSP, which is probably a good move. That's one platforming series that fared quite well in the last generation, and seems perfectly suited for the handheld market.
So there's the summary of those "insider" rumors; believe what you will. At this time, due to what we've heard over the past few months, we'd have to say most all of them are more than plausible. But of course, without official confirmation, we'll stick with the vague "rumor" label for now.

As for Bioshock, I really hope that's true. It would be something else to look forward to once the story is complete.
So is PlayTV really coming to the US, eventually? I thought at first it was only for the UK or whatever since they are the developers...? Or is this just news for the UK?
