Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe Release Dates Confirmed
It's an interesting experiment that fans seem to have mixed feelings about, but provided Midway churns out a winner, the combination possibilities for the future seem limitless.
As if you needed another game to add to your holiday wish list, Midway has announced that Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe will release on November 16 in North America and on November 21 in Europe. If you've always wanted to pit Superman against Scorpion or the Joker against Liu Kang, you'll soon get your chance in this blending-of-two-worlds. Also, don't forget about the special Kollector's Edition, which features sweet packaging, plus an "exclusive removable print designed by Alex Ross, one of the world's most pre-eminent and respected comic book artists, as well as bonus video content." You'll even get a brand new comic book written by MK co-creator John Tobias, which acts as a prequel to the game's story mode. For all the relevant information, feel free to visit the official site, which boasts a very slick presentation and includes all sorts of interesting details. Honestly, we're not quite sure what to expect from this one, but let's just say our fingers are crossed...
Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe is coming for both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and if you're a die-hard fan of either side, you've got to give it a chance.

Question: Can I use Superman to kick the crap out of my friend playing as Superman on the 360? Now that'd be fun.
