Resistance 2 Beta Should Go Live Today Or Tomorrow

Update: I've just received my code from PlayStation Underground, so expect to see yours soon if you've pre-ordered Resistance 2 from GameStop or subscribed to Qore.

Original Story:

Okay guys, here's the thing- between today and tomorrow, you should finally have your chance to jump into the Resistance 2 beta test.

We don't yet have an official announcement on the matter, but gaming forums and message boards around the Internet are loaded with supposed evidence of the beta going live on the PSN today. Once it's uploaded, your beta code will work, thereby allowing you instant access. If you didn't already know, you can land a spot in the beta by pre-ordering the hotly anticipated FPS from GamStop (provided they have any beta keys left to hand out), or you could've gotten a position by subscribing to Qore or simply signing up on the public beta page. If you were interested, you should've easily scored a code, especially if you read PSXE...we clued you in to each and every possible way of snagging a key over the past few months. So no complaining if you didn't get one, ya slackers! Just kidding. Anyway, If you can tear yourself away from the LittleBigPlanet beta - yeah, we know you love SackBoy - we strongly suggest you start shifting to the edge of your seat for the Resistance 2 beta. It's coming, and it's coming very, very soon. In fact, one forum administrator at the official game forums said the beta should start today!

Today, tomorrow, whatever. Just let us in on the fun, and we'll be happy. As soon as we've had sufficient time with the beta, you'll be seeing our impressions, so when you're done testing yourself, make sure you come on back here and talk about it. We know we have a lot of readers who will be in that beta! :)

Yea,Im a Qore member too and I havn't got my code yet either!,They need ta get this out before LBP and Farcry 2,It's gonna be hard enough to tare myself away from Deadspace and Socom this weekend but ill deffinaly be playing the R2 beta for a majority of my weekend

Yeah, I just checked my Qore episode, and I couldn't download the beta. Im guessing later this evening or tomorrow for sure. It'll probably happen with the update of the PlayStation Store. I cannot wait.

The store/account management is down "for maintenance." The beta is like 2 gigs and a bajillion people are trying to redeem their beta codes. You do the math.

I've definitely been able to get onto the store since 2.50 came out. This is something new.

I purchased qore and have not recieved my code. My voucher from gamestop dosent work, I got another one and it dosent work either, I'm kinda pissed off. (I also bought that issue of gamepro that said it had a beta in it, lie)

For qore, if u just bought the episode 3 only, ur still getting the code? also does it get emailed or we dl it from the actual episode, and as a last note I can't entr the store from my ps3 or psp so yeah wondering if anyone has gotten through and actually downloaded the files

Ben iono if u can verify this for me but supposedly those who preordered and have a subscription to qore get early access to the beta but those who just dled the single qore episode have to wait a while still, is this true?

For Qore suscriptors the email says "you have been given premier access to the R2 public beta. Your premium access will give you early entrance into the R2 public beta...". So, yes, it's an early access

But I don't know when the early access ends... so we can expect invitations during next week

ok, so I finally got my code from subscribing to qore, and after the gargantuan download, resistance 2 is incredible. It is working very well, much better than the socom and MGO betas. I hope to see some of you guys on there. My psn id is buzzkiller if you want to play.
