Bioshock 2 Is Both Sequel And Prequel
BioshockBy now, even though Bioshock PS3 doesn't hit store shelves in the U.S. until next week, you're probably already aware of that bonus trailer you unlock after completing the game. If you need a refresher course or just missed it entirely, check yesterday's update.
Obviously, with this new video out there, we're going to want to gather in as many details for the sequel as humanly possible. Thankfully, according to WhatIfGaming, 2K Marin has decided to release a quick piece of baseline information for Bioshock 2: Sea of Dreams. Evidently, 2K developer Charles Schechbeck said this sequel is also part prequel...here's what he said in response to the site's question regarding the teaser trailer for Bioshock 2:
"BioShock 2: Sea of Dreams is part of a prequel and at the same time is a sequel, so you're kind of close on the interpretation of the trailer. The rising replica of Rapture can represent something to do with this or something part of a bigger surprise that everyone has to wait and see to play."
Okay, so we're looking at a cross between a sequel and a prequel (not sure how they're gonna do that), and apparently, the game is certainly confirmed for both the PS3 and Xbox 360. Like we said before, we knew 2K had been planning a sequel for a while, but Sea of Dreams has officially debuted thanks to that unlockable trailer. More incentive to buy and play Bioshock on the PS3, ladies and gents.

I am absolutely sick and tired of seeing this crud happening the world over, whereby the western world has to continue bending over backward for religious "concerns". It is completely illogical, ludicrous and downright racist that people who have no care for religion, what it stands for and what its aims are have to continually, over and over again, be subjected to this nonsense...
Shame on the world... at this rate we will lose Christmas, the Queen of England will convert to Judaism and the Pope will be Imam of the Great Corpus Christi...
Damn, sometimes I wish neo-conservatists ruled the planet and wiped all this hedonistic stuff away...
Shame on us all, including the greedy bankers and unethical pigs that dominate the financial world. Shame on them all too...

Anyways..
as for bioshock
there just going to play the game from a new beginning..up to the start of bioshock one..then bring up a new screen like 10 years later or however long the timespan is in bioshock...its not rocket science!!

As for Bio2, I don't think I've ever been so excited for a sequal b4 after watching such a small teaser trailer, haha.

Totally agreed. But surely this will die down again.. Im just glad its not a small developer because they might not have been able for the financial hit they will end up taking.

us aussie gamers got something before america =D
im playing bioshock on my ps3 as we speak.
its a fun game, you die way too easily on "hard" difficulty. and not much ammo. which is making it difficult to kill my 10th or so big daddy.
only ran into one bug, when i was fighting a big daddy, the frame rate went nuts and dropped to like 5fps. it was unplayable for about 30 seconds. then went back up to normal. has only happened once aswell.

Bioshock is a great great and should not be missed. Really looking forward to Bioshock 2. I hope they don't screw it up.

Uhh I really dont know about them being a dying breed because of all these exclusives all the consoles get. you dont see mario bouncing around on the ps3 or xbox.

NEWS FLASH! Little Big Planet has been delayed in the Europe till November 14th due to a muslim being offended by a song on a level, this is F****** absurd! I wish the UK was excluded from europe, i'm sick putting up with other countries s***!
