Bioshock PS3 Exclusive DLC Available On November 20
The PlayStation 3 version of Bioshock featured all current add-on content from the Xbox 360 and PC versions, plus a few new goodies for owners of Sony's next-gen console. Now, the first batch of exclusive content has been revealed!
According to TheHDRoom, 2K Games has announced that the following add-ons will become available for download on November 20 and retail for $9.99 in North America. There was no mention of Europe in the release information, although we'll keep you updated on that situation. The add-on content in question consists of three different Challenge Rooms:
A Shocking Turn of Events- A Little Sister is trapped atop a Ferris wheel in an undisclosed location in Rapture. Using only the tools and environment around them, players must use their wits to create electricity to power the Ferris wheel and bring the Little Sister to safety.
The I in Team- Using limited resources, and an even more limited arsenal, players must negotiate traps and find a way to defeat a Big Daddy using their wits instead of raw firepower.
Worlds of Hurt- Step up and take on the most grueling challenge offered in the world of Rapture. Players must battle through eight rooms of Big Daddies, Splicers and the worst that Rapture has to offer. Accumulate Adam, build an arsenal of Plasmids, Tonics and Weaponry, and fight through to rescue the Little Sister.
So in a couple weeks time, log on to the PlayStation Store and pick these up; they're designed specifically for big fans of the game. But none of this is for the faint of heart, so we suggest you at least beat Bioshock before attempting these Challenges. Remember, as far as we know, this content will not be available for the 360 or PC versions...although we hear the whispers of Sony's words; "nothing is exclusive forever."

But it sounds like some puzzle gaming and a SmashTV mode, and I love me some puzzles and SmashTV -- it was my fist XLA game and I still play it.

As good as Bioshock is, IT'S a year old, and there are too many quality games out for me to want to pay full price for an old game, and on top of that pay $10 for something like this? Nope.
If it woulda came out on a slower season, then I woulda have bought it. But there is just no way I'm gonna play it before LBP, R2, and Fallout 3.
