Monster Stalks PS3

Those looking to get the absolute most out of their video and audio have often turned to premiere a/v cable company, Monster. And what would a sweet new PS3 be without the addition of the best of the best in terms of hook-ups?

Monster has officially announced a line-up of GameLink audio/video cables designed specifically for the PS3, and they'll be hitting all major electronics stores just in time for the system's launch. Not only will the cables significantly enhance your visual and auditory pleasure, but they'll also "complement the sleek, clean profile of the console." There should be a wide variety of cables available, ranging from $30 to $100.

"The PlayStation 3 is a state-of-the-art entertainment platform," said Noel Lee of Monster Cable. "But experiencing its exceptional audio and video capabilities means it's crucial to properly connect it with high-performance cables - something that's not found inside the box. The PS3's HD games and 1080p-capable Blu-ray Disc movies can be amazing, but not when you hook it up with inferior or general-use cables. That's why we crafted GameLink specifically for the PS3 -- so it could be enjoyed the way it was truly meant to be experienced."

We hear ya, Noel, we hear ya. An electronics guru once said, "you're only as good as your cable hook-ups," and we know it's true. We don't know about you, but we'll be picking up a Monster cable - or two - for the best possible PS3 experience.
