Kojima Working On Two Projects, One More "Western" In Design?
Hideo KojimaWhile the entire gaming world sits anxiously in anticipation of Hideo Kojima's next project, we are forced to tell you to double your anticipation...because he's working on not just one, but two new games.
According to a recent Famitsu interview, Kojima has clarified that his team is currently hard at work on two new projects. They're attacking one in much the same way they approached other titles in the past, but the second is being designed by a "restructured Kojima Productions with the overseas market firmly in mind." As noted by 1Up, Kojima has likened Western game development to Hollywood, as the products typically appeal to the entire world. He then revealed in the interview that his team is receiving a "makeover from the ground up," and he does have an ambitious, expansive goal in mind: to construct a studio that can compete with the best from both North America and Europe. As for this new game that is more Western in origin, there have been rumors that Kojima and a few team members have visited certain Western FPS developers, so that may be a clue... It may be difficult to envision a FPS coming from Kojima and Co., but as far as we're concerned, he's proven he can succeed on a variety of different levels. Some may be concerned, but in all honesty, we're not.
As for the other game, everyone is immediately shouting, "Metal Gear 5!" Well, that very well may be the case, but Kojima isn't spilling the beans just yet. But based on this evidence, don't be surprised if Kojima does MG5 as another PS3 exclusive, but also produces a more Western-oriented title that will come to both the PS3 and Xbox 360... Expansion is the name of the game, no?

I still have the slim PS1 and Slim PS2 in my closet. But ever since I bought a original Xbox a couple months ago thats all iv been playing. Plus when time came to upgrade I choose 360..Nothing really against the PS3. I just have more fun on the Xbox.

Because I can. I respond accordingly to most PS3 news. But if someone says something stupid about Xbox becuase they either dont know or becuase they secretly love the 360 ill let them know something called reality.

my roomate works at fry's. he told me they went through 3 xbox in that store.

Personally, I think the Ps3 is better because it's cheaper (You get more for your dollar) theres none of this bullshit $50 a year to play online (It adds up over a while...) I don't have to worry about the RRoD on my Ps3 (Yep, Kreate said it already! Zod!) I get a blu-ray player (The best blu-ray player on the market) Im getting more games (MGS4, LBP, R2, Killzone 2, Heavy Rain etc.... Please don't name them all people) and the Playstation Store, I think, is way better than the XBLA... But, those are only MY reasons (Even though most of them are facts)

she literally plays it as soon as she wakes up until she passes out at the middle of the night. she is planning to continue this process until school starts.
my ps3 hasn't been turned off for a while now cuz i also try to play it when she's not playing.

Even with RROD. MORE people still buy Xbox 360.
The Sony brand lost almost every exclusive they had. Final Fantasy, GTA, the list is HUGE.
Sony promised you guys amazing visuals. And said they were REAL next gen. But in reality most titles play best on the 360.
Sony said they would revolutionize online gaming but Live is faster, has more members, and less problems.
Sony sold 20 percent less PS3s then last year. Want to know why? Bluray players went down.

xbox is already outdated and maxed its hardware capability, sales are going down, thats why the price was dropped.
ps3 shows higher demand, xbox users switching over to ps3 cuz their xbox broke, developers switching to ps3 cuz of the blu ray and the ps3 hardware
Last Remnant gets laggy at times when there are too many units in the battlefield on the 360.
Last Remnant has no issues on the PS3.

Its not true that I dident try the PS3. The funniest part is that forever thats all I wanted..I even convinced my best friend to get one. I know what it plays and I know how it plays. The thing is Sony isn't the king of consoles anymore. Many people arnt buying it anymore. I swear the time I put in GTA3 on my Xbox compared to the PS2 version I felt so ripped off. It was MUCH better.
Then we look at this gen. GTA4 looks and plays just as good on 360. Like many other games..But the PS3 is twice the price? No thanks.
Look up a video. Its called "The stupidity of the console wars". He really tells it how it is.

BECAUSE MICROSOFT THIOWS MONEY AT IT'S PROBLEMS WHEN SONY GENUINELY ATTEMPTS TO FIX IT...
Why was it from first to last...maybe because the Wii and the Shitbox360 had a full year advantage when sony was busy making hardware that...suprise...actually worked...And on top of that when RROD happens and your warrenty is out you go buy a new one..so figure what...maybe every shitbox fan has bought at least 3 in their lifetime...
As for exclusives...we only lost FF:XXIII not FF:Versus...and if the list is so huge...then why did you only feel the need to list two...?
Amazing visuals...we are getting them indeed...most titles at the end of 08 and into all of 09 onwards will not only play at 1080p but also run at 40fps AND sony will start to embrace 3-D gaming...too bad microsoft didn't think about that...
AND as if the list couldn't get any further...most games that are multiplatform are developed on the PS3 first then ported over to multiple discs for the Shitbox360...
AS FOR ONLINE GAMING...HOME...NUFF' SAID...
