Fallout 3 Trophy Guide Discovered

Okay, so say you unwrap Fallout 3 for the PlayStation 3 tomorrow, and you're just dying to get started. You also know, somewhere in the back of your happy and satisfied mind, that Bethesda has delivered Trophies for the year's best RPG. But damn, how to snag them all...?

Well, it's true- the Xbox 360 Achievements have made their way to Fallout 3 for the PS3 in the form of Trophies, and if you're wondering, yes, the list is identical. You'll have to pick up everything from the Bronze "The Superhuman Gambit" Trophy to the Silver "Keys Are For Cowards" Trophy to the all-encompassing Platinum Trophy, and everything in between. If you're dead-set on getting as many as possible, you don't want a list; you want a guide! So head on over to GameSpy, where they have the full Fallout 3 Trophies Guide. They show you every Trophy, and if explanation is required on how to add it to your collection, they include that, too. Come 2009, Trophies will be mandatory for all developers if they wish to produce their game for the PS3, so just think how many of those glittering icons you'll have before the end of next year... Hot titles like Fallout 3 are only the beginning, and because the game is so good, it'll likely inspire you to get as many Trophies as possible. It's just an excuse to play more Fallout, and who doesn't want that?

Trophy lists for blockbusters are always fun. We can't wait to see what's coming for the likes of Killzone 2 and - oh dear Lord, can you imagine - Gran Turismo 5? For the latter, we imagine there will be many busted controllers; Polyphony could be uber-cruel if they really wanted to...we can picture it now: "Master Driver" Gold: Get all gold medals on all license test challenges." Ugh.

For some reason I KNOW GT5 will have a trophy like that.....they would do it for just Shits 'N' Giggles lol

anyone who got that would have fun. i would probably try, i am very competitive. i was looking for a trophy guide like this a while back. hmm, now i have one. i can't wait for good trophies.

Did this game have trophies when it first launched? I don't remember earning any when I played it, but they're not that important to me so I could not of been paying attention.

This really isn't a game you will just want to trophy whore. Don't get me wrong I'm level 10 at about 50% with 5 platinums so I'm a bonafide whore. Also, I wrote Bethesda every week telling them I wouldn't buy their game unless it came out with trophies....on top of writing on their message boards.

That being said, I just can't play this game for the trophies. It's just too good. I find myself wanting to interact with everyone and hauling every little hunk a junk back to megaton to sell so I can upgrade my house. Just love that butler and I have Dog Meat guarding my pad. If you like Oblivion, this game is exactly like it just set in a post-apocolyptic future.

Gamespy trophy guide? The explanation to getting the trophies is right in their description. Is it that complicated that we need a guide to get trophies? I guess I shouldn't complain about a free guide.

This game is better than I anticipated. Though it still lacks some of the humor, and crotchshots, of the originals. Definitely deserves game of the year in my opinion. And I'm not worried about the trophies. I'm happy without them.

I know that Polyphony has said that the money and licenses earned in gt5p will carry over to the full game when its released.

I already earned all gold licenses on gt5p... I hope for once there will be some sort of retro active system for recognizing them.

It took me far more effort than I am willing to admit to in my efforts to get all the golds. I don't know if I would have the resolve to do THAT again.

@sarahpalinmilf, sounds like someone didn't get what he wanted for christmas. Only an a**hole would summize that I thought I single handedly caused them to put out trophies.

The bug fixes are in, and I have played 30-40 hours since without a single technical issue.

As for better graphics, For a 720p console title its bang on, with no frame rate issues or pop in on the PS3 to be noticed at all. Unlike the 360 version I have witnessed (admittedly, his 360 died a few days after I saw him play f3, so perhaps the poor performance was related to that).

If you are comparing to PC graphically, then you are just being facetious.

Spoiler Free heads up regarding the gold "the bigger they are.." trophy. It says you have to kill ALL Super Mutant Behemoths. I won't go into detail about locations but if your curious as to the total Behemoths in the Capital Wastes,there are 5 of them.
