F.E.A.R. 2 Demo For Qore Subscribers
It's gonna be freaky and creepy, and like the original, it should be a very intriguing blend of survival/horror and FPS.
If you pick up Qore Episode 8 today, you will gain access to the F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin playable demo, which may convince you that an eventual purchase will be required. This sequel picks up where the first title left off, so don't think you need to have played the PC expansion packs that released for the game. Monolith has already said they're basically ignoring those and focusing on the core story that began with F.E.A.R. two years ago, and that's probably a good idea. Furthermore, PlayStation 3 owners won't have to worry about an inferior port this time around; the game was created simultaneously for the 360 and PS3, so both versions should be almost identical. With the exception of a few minor framerate issues on PS3 versions of multiplatform titles these days, the time of crappy 360-to-PS3 ports is long gone (thankfully). Also, bear in mind that if you want to get caught up, you can probably pick up the original F.E.A.R. for a very cheap price, and it'll only take you about 6-8 hours to complete.
As for Qore, there appears to be more reasons for having an annual subscription with every passing day. Why not just pony up the cash and take advantage of little perks like these?

Because I still have issues with spending money on videos that will make their way to the internet, and I have even bigger issues with paying for demos. That is why I got GT5P through my old RLS membership for free.
I may miss out on "exclusive to Qore" beta's but I can usual get someone to give me a code for those as well.
