Naughty Dog: What Do You Want In An Uncharted 2 Collectors?
Uncharted 2: Among ThievesYou know, many people complain that developers don't interact with the gamers enough, but there are some devs out there who almost never ignore their targeted audience. Naughty Dog is one such studio, and they're asking an important question:
As indicated over at the team's Twitter page, they want to know what you'd like to see in a Collectors Edition for the upcoming Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. Mind you, they aren't necessarily confirming such an edition (hence, the part where they're "discussing the potential of a CE), so it will likely depend on the feedback they receive. If they get a lot of people saying they would have no interest in a Collectors Edition, it may not happen. On the other hand, if they get a lot of suggestions for bonuses and extra content, you can bet Naughty Dog will provide you with a nice little package. SCEA asked the same question of gamers in regards to a God of War III Collectors Edition, but that one is definitely coming; they merely wanted to know what you'd like to see in it. In this case, it's all up to the fans. In all honesty, we've seen a lot of the same extra goodies in CE installments over the years, so perhaps it'd be interesting to see something new. Perhaps more gameplay of some kind would be worth the extra cash; remember, these special editions typically aren't cheap as they can run up to $99 and even above.
So anyway, if you've got some ideas for an Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Collectors set, let your voice be heard. Don't sit on the sidelines and then complain about the result!

To be honest, the only thing I would want in a CE for Uncharted would be something useful, like a container of some sort. Maybe package the game in some sweet looking box? Drake is cool and all but I don't want a figure of him lol.. I JUST WANT THE GAME!!
I remember in the first they had a lot of extra BTS footage so if they do that again for the standard copy of the game, I really don't need anything else..
Artwork is also a good concept for CEs but, for me, it collects the most dust out of anything that comes in a standard CE package. I think I only looked at the R2 artwork once, and while I liked it at the time, I completely forgot about it until now lol. ;)

But yeah, my local GameCrazy was trying to get me to do the same thing since they STILL only have the CE and not the standard. So they kept saying to me "you have over $100 on your account, why not buy it now.. you'll still have $20+ left?"..ugh.
I still don't have the game because of it.

1) An explorer diary written by Nate
2) A model of Nate (to put on my Uncharted shrine OBVIOUSLY)
