Home Updated: Godfather II Space, New Threadz, Xi Challenge
If you haven't logged into PlayStation Home lately, you might be surprised at the additions that have been made since your last visit. The latest batch of content, detailed and pictured by TAWKN, may cause you to explore the updated Home spaces.
First, you will find that the Resident Evil 5 space has been upgraded a bit and now features a new beetle mini game (give it a try!). Then, to celebrate the recent launch of The Godfather II, we get a whole new space that includes two separate floors complete with poker tables, where up to 8 players can sit down and have a game. Not surprisingly, the entire space screams, "I have lots and lots of ill-gotten gains!" so it's definitely worth a look; it's pretty damn sleek. Moving on, if you're bored of the clothes selection, you'll be happy to know that the Threadz store in the Mall just got a new shipment, and for all you fighting fans, Street Fighter IV figures have popped up in the furniture store. Lastly, there's a Xi update - who has been following along? - as Stapler sets forth a new challenge: beat Hexapolis, Maximum Tilt, and the text-based game, "Caverns of The Bandit King" on Expert difficulty. This Xi thing is almost like being part of a secret society, except that it's so secret, not even the members understand the organization's true purpose.
At any rate, there are plenty of new reasons to visit Home so if you've got the time, we suggest logging in and wandering about. This is one application that's definitely going to grow and expand with time; we wonder what it might look like in a few years time...

Exclusive sneak peek videos, cool mini games you can coop with your friends (like the poker) should attract the skeptics...
Home is a baby still, look hard enough to see how deep the potential really is...Home was not meant to be a chat room and that is what it has been for months.

The mini games are alright I guess, Pool being my favourite one...
Didn't think much of the Godfather space at all to be honest. The most detailed and appealing are the Warhawk and Resident Evil 5 spaces.

but now they are adding things all the time,i know its slow but these things take alot of time and money and im pretty sure you wouldnt want a whole load of goodies all in one go just to get bored and then wait even longer for more goodies.what im saying is have a little faith and patience,it will get there in the end...i dont know what you people were hoping for with home, but at the end of the day its a social networking program but with a bit more kick,so go visit ,make new friends and chill out from all those fragfest games we keep playing...
by the way sony, the prices of the clothes and things for the spaces are ridiculously priced, how in the world do you expect, low paid, middle class familys to afford these things which for a start aint even real..u need to sort it out fast or you will start losing people....
