EALA Hiring For "Best Project We've Ever Worked On"
Electronic Arts Los Angeles may have dropped the ball with Command & Conquer: Tiberium - the team suspended development as the game wasn't "on track to meet the high quality standards" - but that doesn't mean they'll stop trying to produce an ambitious, groundbreaking FPS.
According to this job listing, EALA is seeking an Art Director to work on "a brand new first-person shooter project in the very beginning stages of development." Not surprisingly, the job description doesn't include the actual name of the title, but they do say it's "the best project we've ever worked on." ...now, EA has produced a great many games in the past so this is no small statement. Some believe they may be talking about a new Medal of Honor, which has been all but confirmed thanks to Jericho Green's online work experience. If it is MoH, it means EALA may be looking to take the franchise in an entirely new direction; what else can we assume if it's the "best project they've ever worked on"? Whatever this game is, we'll certainly be looking for an announcement or official unveiling of some kind at E3, because we have renewed faith in EA. They've given us some pretty entertaining games in the past year or so, and although the FPS genre is completely stacked, we figure they've got the resources to drop a true competitor into the market.
Bold statements make the world go 'round. Well, the journalism world, at any rate. Stay tuned!

Especially Dead Space which was perfect and it was better than RE5 million times.
But this will be their best project yet, the only way for them to do a 'real' best project is a project which they use blu ray to it's full potential which I think is highly unlikely since EA are the most neutral developer and they do multiplats(which is why I respect them).
