New Modern Warfare 2 Details Found
It's guaranteed to be one of the biggest releases of the year, and we just know the hardcore franchise followers are begging for more information.
Well, it seems PSM3 magazine released a bunch of new details and they've been posted over at Gaming Front. First up, some level news: one of them will be a "Stealthy" Oil pipeline Scuba Mission, which sounds awfully intriguing and if we are to take it literally, it means that stealth may be a new element in the long-running series. There's also talk of a few levels based in Rio De Janeiro and Siberia, and even a "helicopter-based" level. We don't know if we'll actually control the helicopter, but either way, it's a nice dose of diversity. Of course, this leads to the subject of vehicles and this time around, we'll get a shot at trucks and even tanks, and oh yeah, there's something about a "swimming mode." Lastly, the voice of Wesker from Resident Evil 5 will participate in the voiceover work, so that's good news. If all this isn't enough, the magazine claims we'll see even more info and a brand new gameplay trailer on May 24, which is less than two weeks away. Given the ridiculous success of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, there's no doubt that millions out there are anxiously anticipating this sequel.
We'd also like to think we'll see more stuff at E3, and as the year rolls forward, Modern Warfare 2 will slide more and more into the limelight.

I just really hope when it does come out they don't weigh it up and compare it to Killzone 2. I mean even if they are both FPS I think they are two completely different types of FPS. Dunno how to explain it, but if I can give it a shot I'd say COD is and Arcade FPS, and Killzone 2 more like a War sim and less arcade like... Does anyone know what I mean by this?
Makes sense to me thou...
But either way I will pick this up when it gets released. The new "stealhty" element is something I'm looking forward to. That was one thing I felft MW and WAW needed...
But they must force stealth on you just give you the option of playing through the game using stealth if you choose to.
