Uncharted 2 Multiplayer Beta Now Live
Uncharted 2: Among ThievesSometimes, even big news can get lost in the shuffle when E3 rolls around. So forgive us if we're a little late in telling you that...
...the Uncharted 2: Among Thieves multiplayer beta is now up and running! That's right, it should be available to try right now, so if you have a voucher code for a spot in the testing, go ahead and redeem it. This is actually up a day early so maybe it caught a few of you by surprise, but just remember that you can participate in both competitive and cooperative multiplayer modes. There's only one small issue that may cause you to delete some stuff off your PlayStation 3 hard drive if you don't have the space: you need about 1GB free for this beta. But hey, after viewing that trailer at Sony's press conference yesterday, we'd do just about anything to free up the necessary space. Hell, we'd buy another PS3 if we had to. Uncharted 2 was one of the definite highlights of the show and Arnold still says it's the best-looking console game he's ever seen. It's scheduled to release this fall and it's only one of several PS3 exclusives that wowed the crowd yesterday, so prepare for an onslaught in 2009 and early 2010!
Oh, and if you need a code for the beta, just go buy inFamous. You may need to purchase it from GameStop (we're not sure about this), but you're looking for that sign on the box that tells you the voucher is inside. Oh, just do it. inFamous rules and the beta should rule, too...it's like a super awesome bonus to a super awesome game!

That was not the case when I was passing out Little Big Planet beta keys when I ended up with several spares....
Personally, I have a key, but it tells me it is invalid so it is worthless. I guess someone got lucky guessing and used my code. I did not try to enter it until this morning and tried again at lunch and it is invalid. I played by the rules but my code is no good....
I was hoping that someone had a spare and is willing to pass on thier good luck.
I already have a spare key for the august beta of this game and will be giving it out on this site when that betat time is here. I will probably have several more by that time as well, and I will treat my PSX brethren with free access to them.
We are a big community and we all love games. Helping each other out is want makes this such a cool place.

Im having problems with my beta. I downloaded it but I cant connect with the servers. It keeps getting stucked in the "finding players" section.
Worse is that when I try to get out of the game via the press of the "PS" button on my controller my PS3 turned off and restart again everytime I try to get out.
WTF is wrong??
