New Qore Bonuses Include Spyro, High Velocity Bowling, More

All hardcore gamers love to be kept in the loop, which is why they should probably tune in to the latest Qore episode.

This week, Episode #13 becomes available on the PlayStation Store and if you've always been considering a subscription, this is the one that might convince you. Qore Episode #13 comes with the PS1 classic, Spyro the Dragon; it has been up for sale on the PlayStation Store since 2007, but if you never bought it (and never tried it back when the original released), then this is a great incentive. The franchise has taken a serious dive since then, but we promise you that each of the first two Spyros represented some of the finest platforming games of the PS1 generation. But that's not all: if you pick up Episode #13, you will also receive T-shirts for PlayStation Home, a PS3-exclusive theme for inFamous ("Bad Karma"), and another game bonus in the form of High Velocity Bowling. Just think; you can nab all of this for the low price of $2.99 or, if you'd rather be in a good position to take home future bonuses, you can pick up the yearly subscription for $24.99. After having seen several episodes, we have to say that there's usually something interesting for all gamers, so it's worth a look. And who doesn't like free goodies?!

Yeah, one can view all these extras as mere promotions for Qore, but in response to that we say two things: "Duh," and "So?"

I have to say Qore has been one of my least regrettable purchases. So far I've gotten Syphon Filter, calling all cars, High Velocity Bowling, and now Spyro, just for being a subscriber. Not to mention invites to different beta tests. I think the $24.99 subscription fee is fine, just think of it as half the price of Live and they give you free stuff. Qore ftw!!!

Yeah, it's nice being a subscriber, but I really don't understand why a digital magazine needs to take up 1.3 GB of hard drive space every month.

That's why you deleted it when you get to the next month =)

Also I have to agree, with all the free psn games and beta invites, it's easily already paid for itself then buying each episode individually, sooo glad i have a subscription =)

I bought it, it seems OK so far. Bought it mostly for the Uncharted Beta. I would have bought Infamous, but I live in Asia, and I learned if you buy a game here, even though it's in English, you can't get any DLC off the NA store. The interviews haven't really been anything interesting or unique, that's what I am most disappointed with. I want to see something I can't see on the net that is interesting (not about a game already out, or some sports game). It's once a month, lets see some big boys (U2,GOW).

Once again not giving the right info. In order to get the free bowling game you must become a new subscriber, which means $24.99.

Qore is a good buy (the yearly subscription),my only problem is the inability to foward or rewind (at least the vids arent long).

So...A new xbox next year huh?! What's up with that? (sorry, could'nt resist)

Spyro has taken a dive because Insomniac stopped developing it.
